Chính sách quyền riêng tư

AntiTask được thiết kế theo nguyên tắc dữ liệu của bạn hoàn toàn thuộc về bạn. Tài liệu này mô tả chi tiết dữ liệu được thu thập, được chia sẻ với ai, được bảo vệ bằng cơ chế nào, được lưu trong bao lâu và được xóa như thế nào khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng AntiTask trên Windows và bản web tại antitask.net.

1. Dữ liệu công việc cục bộ

Công việc (Tasks), dự án (Projects), nhãn (Tags), ghi chú (Notics) và cài đặt AntiTask được lưu trữ hoàn toàn cục bộ trên thiết bị Windows của bạn thông qua cơ sở dữ liệu SQLite. Website và máy chủ của AntiTask không nhận, không đọc, không sao lưu và không lưu giữ nội dung các dữ liệu cá nhân này.

2. Đồng bộ đám mây do người dùng chủ động lựa chọn

AntiTask cung cấp tính năng đồng bộ đám mây hoàn toàn tùy chọn:

Bạn có toàn quyền ngắt kết nối trực tiếp trong ứng dụng hoặc thu hồi quyền truy cập từ bảng điều khiển tài khoản của nhà cung cấp bất kỳ lúc nào.

3. Tài khoản Premium

Nếu bạn sử dụng phiên bản Premium, AntiTask chỉ xử lý địa chỉ email, mã định danh tài khoản Google, gói bản quyền và thời hạn bản quyền nhằm mục đích xác thực tính hợp lệ của giấy phép. Thông tin này tuyệt đối không được dùng cho mục đích quảng cáo và không được bán cho bên thứ ba.

4. Tệp đính kèm

Mọi tệp tin bạn đính kèm vào ghi chú hoặc công việc được lưu trữ tại bộ nhớ cục bộ trên thiết bị. Khi bạn bật tính năng đồng bộ tương ứng, tệp có thể được tải lên thư mục lưu trữ ứng dụng trên tài khoản đám mây của chính bạn.

5. Quyền truy cập Google API & Cam kết Limited Use (Google API Access & Limited Use Policy)

Khi bạn chủ động kết nối tài khoản Google, AntiTask yêu cầu đúng các phạm vi quyền (OAuth Scopes) tối thiểu sau và không yêu cầu thêm bất kỳ quyền nào khác:

Việc AntiTask sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ Google APIs đến bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác sẽ luôn tuân thủ đầy đủ Chính sách Dữ liệu Người dùng Dịch vụ API của Google (Google API Services User Data Policy), bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng Có giới hạn (Limited Use).

Chúng tôi không sử dụng bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào khác. Các nhà cung cấp trên chỉ được xử lý dữ liệu theo chỉ dẫn của AntiTask cho đúng mục đích nêu trên và không được phép dùng dữ liệu cho mục đích riêng của họ.

With whom we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data:

AntiTask does NOT sell, rent, trade, or commercially transfer Google user data to any third party. We do NOT share Google user data with advertisers, behavioural analytics platforms, or data brokers, and Google user data is NEVER used or transferred to develop, improve, evaluate or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Besides you and Google, the complete list of recipients is: (1) Google LLC — synced data is written to your own Google Drive application data folder and calendar events are read from your own calendar; (2) Supabase, Inc. — receives only your email address, Google account identifier (sub), licence plan and expiry date to authenticate your session and verify your Premium licence, and never receives your tasks, notes, calendar events or Drive files; (3) payOS — our payment partner, receives only an order code and a payment amount, and never receives any Google user data; (4) Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts antitask.net and receives only website request metadata and cookie-less aggregate traffic statistics, never Google user data. These providers act solely as service providers on our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Google user data is otherwise disclosed only: (1) on your explicit instruction; (2) to comply with applicable law or valid legal process; or (3) to prevent fraud or protect the rights and safety of our users.

English Disclosure (Data Protection Mechanisms)

Security mechanisms protecting sensitive data:

1. Encryption in transit: all traffic between AntiTask and Google, Supabase or antitask.net is encrypted with HTTPS / TLS 1.2 or higher; unencrypted connections are refused.

2. Encrypted credential storage: on Windows, Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted with the operating system's own encryption service (Windows DPAPI via Electron safeStorage) before being written to disk, restricted to the current user account. If OS-level encryption is unavailable, the app refuses to persist the token rather than storing it in plain text.

3. Web app: at antitask.net/app the Google access token is kept only in your own browser storage to maintain the session, is never transmitted to AntiTask servers, and is deleted when you sign out or clear site data.

4. Zero intermediary server: synchronisation happens directly between your device and Google. We operate no proxy or backend that stores, decrypts or inspects your tasks, notes, Drive files or calendar events.

5. Access control on the licence system: the Premium licence database (Supabase) stores only email, account identifier and licence status, is protected by Row Level Security so each user can read only their own record, and administrative keys exist server-side only.

6. Protection at rest: the local database lives in the OS-protected user profile directory, and sensitive notes can additionally be locked with a user-defined master password (PBKDF2-hashed; the password itself is never stored).

7. Least privilege: only the minimum scopes required by the published features are requested (read-only calendar; Drive application-data folder and app-created files only).

English Disclosure (Data Retention and Deletion)

Retention: Google OAuth tokens and cached calendar data are retained only on your own device (or in your own browser for the web app) for as long as your Google account stays connected. Synced data is retained only inside your own Google Drive application data folder until you delete it, with automatic rotation keeping at most the 14 most recent daily restore points. Premium licence records (email, Google account identifier, licence status) are retained while your account is active and are deleted upon your deletion request.

Deletion: (1) disconnecting your Google account in AntiTask settings immediately deletes all locally stored access tokens, refresh tokens and cached Google data; (2) you can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; (3) you can permanently delete all synced data from Google Drive > Settings > Manage Apps > AntiTask > Options > Delete hidden app data; (4) uninstalling the application and removing its user-data folder erases the local database, caches and credentials; (5) to request full account and data deletion, email trinhngochai1508@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" — we delete the records held on our systems and confirm back to you within 30 days.

9. Trẻ em

AntiTask không hướng tới và không chủ ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu phát hiện dữ liệu như vậy, chúng tôi sẽ xóa ngay khi nhận được thông báo.

10. Thay đổi chính sách quyền riêng tư

Chính sách này có thể được cập nhật để phản ánh thay đổi về tính năng hoặc yêu cầu pháp lý. Ngày cập nhật gần nhất luôn được ghi rõ ở đầu trang; các thay đổi trọng yếu sẽ được thông báo trong ứng dụng.
